There's always an opportunity to dance. I use tanning booths in the winter because I suffer with SAD, and I can do a remarkable amount of jiggling and bopping while I'm in thereNicola Vincent-Abnetthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04865608045342419682noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6477143695543382552.post-76037722683827448282012-05-05T22:08:22.806+01:002012-05-05T22:08:22.806+01:00It effectively doubles my 'reading time', ...It effectively doubles my 'reading time', and I do love being read to. Still, at the age of 47 – to quote Georges Guetary in 'An American in Paris' – I am now "old enough to know what to do with my young feelings." Well, it's making such a difference to my general flexibility, and my generally stiff sore muscles are feeling a lot better.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6477143695543382552.post-58349221349549517642012-05-05T18:17:09.352+01:002012-05-05T18:17:09.352+01:00A great idea to exercise at the same time as liste...A great idea to exercise at the same time as listening to audiobooks and thinking up ideas. At my local gym I often see students reading textbooks and revising. I'm too clumsy to prop the book up on the treadmill though.Emma Lee-Potterhttp://housewithnoname.blogspot.co.uknoreply@blogger.com
